In our company SECUR TRANS s.r.o., ID: 03462439 with its registered office at Nebovidy 152, 28002 Nebovidy, we place great emphasis on the protection of personal data of  our clients, partners, website visitors and people we come into contact with in the course of our activities.

We would like to inform you about the details of the processing of your personal data and about your rights as a personal data controller in accordance with national and European legislation.

When processing personal data, we proceed in accordance with  Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and  of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the „GDPR„) and in accordance with the relevant national regulations governing the protection of personal data.

Scope of personal data processing

When you contact us through the website, you may be asked to fill in certain details about yourself or your company. Such data may include, in particular:

  • Your name and surname
  • business firm
  • Company address or registered office
  • identification number and tax identification number
  • telephone number
  • E-mail address

We use the information you provide to contact you back and provide you with the information you have asked us for. All personal data is processed in a lawful and transparent manner and only adequate, relevant and necessary data in relation to the purpose of the processing are required.

Purposes of personal data processing

Your personal data may be processed by the Company for the following purposes:

  • Handling requests sent via electronic forms
  • marketing purposes – sending commercial communications, offering services and products
  • Fulfilment of legal obligations towards public authorities in accordance with the relevant regulations

Personal data is processed both manually and automatically. Automated processing of personal data is carried out in particular for the purpose of performing a contractual relationship and providing information about events, publications or services that we provide and that we believe may be of interest to you. The provision of personal data for the purpose of performing a contract and the provision of personal data for the purpose of responding to your questions or information requested by you are our contractual requirements, and failure to provide them may result from not concluding a contract or not providing an answer to your questions.

You can refuse the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications at any time and it will not affect our other mutual relationships. All you have to do is send us an e-mail with the relevant request to the e-mail address provided in the website contacts, or to the address from which you received commercial communications from us.

Who has access to your personal data

Your personal data will be processed by us as the controller. We may transfer your personal data to our subcontractors for the purposes set out above so that they can process it for us.

Personal data can only be transferred on the basis of your requests:

  • business partners in the field of transport services
  • business partners in the field of financial services
  • public administration bodies in the event of a question for cooperation within the framework of a legitimate interest

Period of personal data processing

We will process your personal data for the period for which we provide you with our services or perform a mutual contract, or for the period necessary to fulfil archiving obligations under applicable legal regulations, such as the Accounting Act, the Archiving and Records Act or the Value Added Tax Act.

Protection of entrusted data

  • data transfer between the website and the user is carried out exclusively via an encrypted connection, which is secured by the HTTPS protocol (SSL certificate), where the outgoing data is sent encrypted and thus protected from eavesdropping by a third party
  • The source code of the website is located on secure server repositories using modern security features
  • All stored and processed data is protected by modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development

Your rights arising from the processing of personal data:

You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data carried out by us:

  • Right of access to personal data

means that you can at any time request our confirmation as to whether or not the personal data concerning you are being processed, and if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom they are made available, how long we will process them, that you have the right to rectification, request for erasure, request for restriction of processing or raise an objection, where we obtained the personal data from and whether automatic decision-making takes place based on the processing of your personal data,  or profiling. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, the first provision being free of charge, and for further provision the Intermediary may require reasonable reimbursement of administrative costs.

  • Right to rectification

means the possibility to request the correction of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete personal data.

  • Right to erasure („right to be forgotten“)

means the right to erasure of personal data, except where we are prevented from doing so by legal obligations or where other exceptions are met.

  • Right to restriction of data processing

means that until we resolve any disputable issues regarding the processing of your personal data, we must restrict the processing of your personal data so that we can only store them and, if necessary, we can use them for the purpose of determining, exercising or defending legal claims.

  • Right to object to processing

means that you may object to the processing of your personal data that we process for the purposes of direct marketing or for the reason of a legitimate interest. If you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.

  • Right to lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data

means that if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in violation of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic, the supervisory authority is performed by the Office for Personal Data Protection, with its registered office at Pplk. Sochora 727/27, 170 00 Prague 7 – Holešovice.

Cookies

On our website, we use so-called Cookies – small data files consisting of letters and numbers that the website you visit send to your browser, which stores them on your computer and are commonly used to distinguish individual users. However, the user is not identifiable to the level of a specific natural person on the basisofthisinformation.

Other Arrangements

  • We process personal data only in the Czech Republic or in EU member states. We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU
  • Our company’s website may contain links to other websites to which this data protection declaration no longer applies
  • The Company declares that it does not work with sensitive personal data (i.e. personal data revealing national, racial or ethnic origin, political attitudes, trade union membership, religion and philosophical beliefs, criminal convictions, health and sex life of the subject, biometric and genetic data)
